The jewelry and beads you order from me are made especially for you and no two are alike. You can expect to receive your order in 2-4 weeks. After I receive your order, I'll contact you to confirm your specifications, and provide you with an estimated shipping date. Please include your mailing address, email address, and phone number with your order.

Payment

Personal checks, cashier’s check, or money orders: Make payable to Beth Wenger Johnstone. Items will be shipped as soon as payment is received or personal checks are cleared.

Sales Tax

Wisconsin residents, please add 5% sales tax, unless resale certificate is provided.

Shipping

There is no charge for shipping within the United States. Please contact me if you are outside the U.S. Shipping charges will be added to your order total.

Insurance is optional, but recommended in case of loss or damage to your purchase during shipping. If you would like insurance the cost will be added to your order total.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your selection, please E-mail me within 10 days of receipt to arrange for a return of the item and your refund (minus shipping costs). Please be aware that each bead or piece of jewelry is handcrafted and may vary slightly from the item pictured.
